Healthy eating again!!!! Post pregnancy

So excited to start my clean eating again I didn't eat that bad during pregnancy but it wasn't good ;) this meal is so quick and easy to make I hate calling this a diet it's more a lifestyle change because if your on a diet you'll eventually go off of it at one point 

Simple brakfast 4 egg whites a handful of spinach sauted in a pan and a whole wheat English muffin topped with some chili past

I purchased this cool mist vaporiZer from target for 55$ and I am obsessed with it I put eucalyptus essential oil in it to give my house a Vicks vapor rub smell and it's wonderful my son had croup and this is the only thing that helped his cough and allowed us to get sleep . Love target! If you go on cranes website they have other vaporizers (I love the hello kitty on) and also the pink rain drop one for a girls room they also have solid white ,lime green which would look so nice to add a touch of color to a room. And plenty of others the color I have was all target had in the store....they also have animal ones for kids rooms but I think they are kind of cheesy

Olia hair color ....love it!

So I have heard so many and read so many amazing articles and reviews on the olia hair color and I know I'm a professional hair stylist and shouldn't be promoting "boxed" hair color.....but to be honest some of the boxed colors turn out very nice and are super easy to use....the olia color I tried is a new technology that has hit the market it's oil hair color so it is healthier for the hair and covers greys just as good....it uses a different chemical reaction so there is no ammonia in the color.....but there aren't even too many professional lines offering this new advancedment so I had to try this one and I absolutely love it and recommend it......but not so fast...I do not recommend it to someone going from extremely light to dark because it's better to have someone place it on (a professional) so it's even, I also do not recommend it if you are attempting to maintain highlights you could end up getting tiger strips but if you are only jumping a shade or two or only want to touch up your roots I would deff try this.....it left my hair extremely soft and shiny and it smells great doesn't smell like chemicals just has a perfumy smell....you apply to roots let sit for 20 mins then apply to ends and sits another 10 then rinse....to mix you literally just pour the labeled 1 and 2 into the mixing bowl. It's great and I'll probably continue to use it!

Had such an amazing birthday/anniversary weekend with my family ....love them all ..... Check out this jewelry designer love my new necklace always wanted a name neck lace but now I think I'm a little too old for one so I opted for this awesome necklace from Sydney evens it's shy by Sydney evens and it simply says blessed there is a lot of other options too though.....her love ring is awesome too would be a great options for a wedding band but the prices are a bit steep on those rings ....this necklace I think was around 125 my hubs got it for me !

Say bye bye to shellac

This is a new polish created by cNd  it is a polish that is suppose to replace a shellac at 4 $ per bottle I was definitely willing to try. All you do is paint it on as you would normal polish and use their top coat its suppose to last for 7+ days mine has been on a week and they are lasting longer and looking better than when I have had shellac in the past....best part you don't need a special light so it can be done in the comforts of your own home.....they have a nice selection of colors and have more coming. I got a light pink color and a deep purple (similar to Lincoln park after dark by opi) and of course their top coat. I am really happy with this product. I gave myself a manie and then applied polish . If you want to get your nails done at a salon get a basic manicure and  just bring your own polish that way your basically getting a shellac with out paying the prices.
Don't mind my hangnails and this has been 8 days still no chip or bubbles as I would normally have with shellac or gels in the past.....this also does not damage the nail the way the shellac does.

So excited to try this product its called birch box.....are you ready for a change in your cosmetic products but dont want to commit to any new products in fear of not liking them? Well birch box is for you @ 10$ a month the company sends out a box with various samples that fit your needs based on the information you give from questions they ask about yourself. Then they send you a box once a month for 10$ or you can do a full year for 110$ this is awesome! Cant wait to try......if you want something a little more expensive that gives you more then youd want to try the new beauty test tube ....new beauty is an awesome magazine that comes out quarterly and highlights new cosmetic product procedures and doctors ....they created the testtube now although it is not customized it had some full size samples of products the magazine thinks we cant live with out there are 6 tubes sent out a year and its 30$ per tube im going to try this as well and i think i personally will like this one better than the birch box but we will see! By the way new beauty is an awesome magazine its my favorite you can buy it at barnes.an noble its around 10$ but its worth every penny for someone who likes to stay updated with whats going to in the cosmetic industry.
