Amazing healthy pancakes kids love!

These pancakes are very healthy and my kids can't get enough of them they are delicious......they are made with Greek yogurt so they are packed with protein which most pancakes have close to no nutritional value.....and they are extremely easy to make I've been making a batch and it lasts about five days for the boys I make them every morning.

Mix dry ingredients
1.5 cup flour I like whole wheat but you can use whatever you like
1.5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
A pinch of cinnamon ( optional)
I also like to add a table spoon of flax meal and sugar but they still are great without the sugar.
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
1 egg
3/4 cup milk (you can again use whatever you like soy, almond, or regular milk)
1.5 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 cups of Greek yogurt (you can use a flavor if you choose but I just like using plain)
Beat all wet ingredients until smooth then add mixture to dry ingredients and stir all together...... make sure pan is hot but when your cooking them you have to be patient the batter is thick so you want to keep your heat low and don't flip until you start seeing bubbles be patient your first couple could burn until you get the hang of it....I also make sure my pan is really greased for a healthy alternative get the new coconut spray oil...... I also added frozen fresh blueberries to my one sons....and the great thing is these are so healthy you could add chocolate chips if your child is tough to please ....for syrup i like to use simply agave nectar(very healthy and kids don't know the difference) or fresh natural maple syrup...hope you enjoy!..
