Maintance free hair .....yes please!

Ladies moms and busy busy women especially .....if you hate blow drying and styling your hair just for it to look good please try a keratin treatment they have been a life saver for me I literally just wash my hair and can carry on with my day I don't have to blow dry or straighten it for it to look good, I was so used to just wearing it in pony tails because that's all I had time for but I love love love my keratin treatments they take away my frizz cut my drying time and eliminate my straightener.....they are simply amazing!!!! I just got one done on Monday! Here's a look at my normally frizzy puffy hair  it's now smooth and shiny . I know there was a lot of negative articles regarding the formaldehyde in the products but it doesn't bother me because there is formaldehyde in everything from mattresses to nail polish I feel like that was just the hype of the beauty industry at the moment but the ones that don't contain traces of formaldehyde really don't work well at all ....so don't waste your money....you can get these treatments from a large range of 150-350 and up depending where you go and what product they are using I personally love the global keratin myself.

Skin medica peels

Okay so I love doing peels and recently tried the vitalize peel which is there 2nd strongest out if three different levels you can do.
The peel is amazing I did the first level about a year ago and loved it no down time and great results and they are pretty inexpensive compared to other treatments out there for skin conditions such as acne, acne scarring, hyper pigmentation (melasma) and so on. These peels work great on all of the above especially if you don't have a lot of money to spend. The second level is more harsh because it uses a retinol on top of the actual peel solution which causes more of an irritation/injury to your skin but don't be scared (I was) it really wasn't bad at all although everyone's skin is different. There is about 3-5 days of down time with this one and by downtime that mean peeling/raw/red skin mine really wasn't bad. Note: typically it is recommended to do 2-3 passes of the retinol and I only did one because my skin is so sensitive but I got mine for free so if you are spending the money go all out and get it as aggressive as it's suppose to be. It helps to also follow up with the proper Skincare regimen and always always always wear sunscreen yes even on cloudy winter days!....my pics are in order day one two three four and now post peel. If you need your skin to look amazing asap for an event or just for the holidays try the illuminize peel (lowest grade no downtime or peeling) and it is amazing!
Day one

Day two
Day three
Day four (2 pics below)
Post peel 1 week

There are several health benefits  perfect to jump start you in the mornings aids in helping constipation and proper digestion, helps give skin a healthy glow , replenishes the body, helps cleanse the liver just to name a few!....I squeeze 1 lemon and add half room temp water and half water from my teapot that was boiled! And it's yummy!
